Founded by Coach Paul, who brings over 40 years of experience as a coach, athlete, fitness facility operator, and consultant, Protech is designed to provide a motivating environment for reaching your fitness goals. Our 12,000 sq ft gym in Lotus Kepong is equipped with over 130 high-tech machines, a dedicated cardio section, and an extensive free weights area, making it the perfect space for all fitness levels. Many patrons have praised Protech as “the best in Malaysia.”
OUR FOUNDER
With over 40 years in fitness, Coach Paul has transformed his passion for an active childhood into a career that spans competitive bodybuilding and high-level coaching. Starting as a lean 67kg, he trained his way to an impressive 105kg and became a 4-time national bodybuilding champion.
Coach Paul’s expertise goes beyond his personal accomplishments. Under his guidance, students have achieved wins and top placements in IFBB pro and amateur events, as well as in prestigious competitions like Mr. Universe and Mr. World.
Paul has coached a wide range of individuals, including pro-level international bodybuilders, elite athletes, and those with unique physical challenges, gaining invaluable lessons from their resilience.
